Thurlby PL320 Single PSU

So I was using my Thurlby PL320 today for hours running a TEC and fan at it's max current. I started to notice how hot it was getting and got really worried ( It was UNBELIEVABLY hot ) So After I went into town today I decided to open it up and see if there was any space for a fan.

This is what I found .
