It is difficult to troubleshoot this issue by guessing. I found out, quite by accident, that the Nano Boost/Buck driver cannot be grounded through the cathode terminal of the driver awhile ago. It was only because I had the driver in hand that I was able to figure this out. Good luck on troubleshooting this problem. At worst, it will be a learning experience.
