i am trying to figure out what this thing is called it looks like a washer its thicker though and has a set screw that u screw in to hold what ever is in the middle in place and ideas lol

It is a collette Or a drill bit stop. Os something else ! I have seen some of them that look a lot like Tallaxo's spacers, but they are made of steel - not aluminum...
