cant find one stating how many posts are required for each rank, this info would be helpful guys thanks!

If you click the community tag (above) and then click members list, when it opens click the posts tab, this will organise the list by number of posts.
It will be a bit long winded but if you go through the pages you can see where the rating changes.... maybe you could post the result to help others
for example 3R changes to 3B @2500 (a very select group )
