Temperature circuit Idea

well well I realized that I developed a TEC driver: when the temperature exceeds 50º~60º celsius (programmable) it activates the TEC.
I want the reverse, and I'm trying now at a simulator. Maybe when I end it (if I end it) today I'll post some news here.
