all those are the same thing. They are just turn the pots up for the higher rated modules, if that- most times they are the same exact thing with no modification done at all. Since when have chinese sellers been accurate with descriptions/titles?

Exactly. 2x 200mW and 2x 50mW is great to wear on a hat in a crowded area.

Not like that. You fire the lasers above the audience. It is not for crowd scanning or people in the crowd to wear.
