I have a friend who wants to experiment with a Google Android Phone G1.

Unfortunately, G1 is only available in the USA and from T-Mobile.

I am willing to pay for the phone + shipping + commission for anyone who wants to buy it and ship it here to Singapore.

Hmmm, interesting phone.....plenty of hits on Ebay.

Its on preorder still, but you won't be ablke to get your hands on one from tmobile unless you were high up on the list, or you buy one off ebay or something.
