hello guys, i am curious how to protect stuff wich i am handle with aganist static electricity... i saw one video where one guy sad that he is grounded with his leg, or that he has some wire on his leg... i dont know i couldnt find this video again... i just want to know what to do if i will handle with diodes and stuff like that... how to provide safety enviroment for this sensitive stuff?

You could search google for "ground wrist strap", but the easiest way I know of to protect against static damage is to touch a grounded metal surface frequently while working. If you have a computer nearby, touching a metal part of the case will work..
 
Its called a "Esd strap"
You can find them at most Electronic stores, And at radioshack also for a few bucks.
 
The video you speak of is probably of someone who got sick of wearing the ground on his wrist, which tends to knock things over with the wire. I extended the ground lead from the rear of my soldering station, and just slip the wire with a metal contact in the side of my sock. The lead can touch anywhere on your body, so long as the other end is attached to a good ground source.
