Tell me about it;
I ordered it in June, and finally received it in October.
Terrible customer service at Wicked Lasers.
Their customer service operators (whenever they could be bothered to answer the phone) could never get their story straight.
Never again.
I mailed them 2 times when I waited for my laser. And I asked for an UPS-tracking number, but, didn't get one. Thought I was fooled on the money, but, at least I got it!
I also tried to call dem but no one answered. Now I have ordered the expanded lens kit, so I guess I have to wait further 4 months... :yabbem:
