I have 0 left of these red laser diodes. They are extracted from the GGW sleds. The heatsink around them has been removed as well as the ribbon from the pins. These are bare diodes ready for installation to your module.
Price per diode:
$13 each shipped. $10 for each additional diode on the same order.
$18 each pressed into an aixiz module. $15 for each additional diode in module on the same order.
Prices are for the US only.
$60 for all 8 shipped.

Re: 10 LCC 650nm diodes

Excuse my ignorance, I even used the search feature but what is the output at a safe mA for these diodes?

These are, electronically, virtually identical to the Long Open Can diode in the LPC sled. I have one in my personal Kryton running at 500mA. It is doing 310mW with a 650-G-1 lens. :eg:

YMMV -- Most run these at around 425mA for ~250mW. I push it because I can replace it easily

Peace,
dave

Like Dave said, they are the same as the LOC diodes. IMH they are easier to work with because the di is not exposed. It is a very sensitive part of the diode.
