Hello everyone,
I mentioned that after the holidays I would have some HeNes for sale and here they are. NO POWER SUPPLIES ARE INCLUDED. #1 NEEDS A BALLAST RESISTOR. #2 INCLUDES A BALLAST RESISTOR and FEET (not shown). BOTH ARE 632.8nm and <5mW. These tubes run great on the brick style 10kV start 4mA power supplies. Operating (started) voltage is usually around 1250V. If you can supply another 0.5 to 1mA more of current these will generally start better, I use a 5mA 10kV start 1300V power brick. Power supplies are ususally available on eBay for ~$30.
#1) This one has no ballast resistor, but a simple 68k Ohm 1% 1Watt resistor will do it perfectly. The cap is all hollowed out and ready to accept a replacement resistor. Seriously, 5 minutes with a soldering iron and a hot glue gun to re-pot it and it'l be in tip top shape. I guarantee the tube starts every time and lases bright. The shutter works fine as well. POWER SUPPLY NOT INCLUDED. $20 shipped to US/Can.
As I said, I did harvest a tube from a similar head, so if you wish to see what the tube itself looks like or need it's measurement, just let me know and I will update/reply with it.

At this point I am accepting international orders, but you must pay the actual shipping cost. Both lasers in onw box weighs about 13ounces, and estimate cost to Australia (for example) is $35.

#2) This one I refurbished all the way, including a brand new ballast resistor. This head had all the screws and silicon injection points all drilled out by the previous owner. They had tried to remove the tube but gave up with they realized it was potted internally with silicon. I've removed the tube from one of these before, and let me tell you, it is a nightmare. Anyway, tube starts like a dream and lases bright. I sealed up the head with electrical tape to keep moisture out and the high voltage in. You could remove the tape if you prefer though. It comes with a pair of tube feet as well, but these feet aren't very adjustable and don't fit over the tube with the electrical tape on it. This one I also guarantee the tube will start no problem with apropriate power supply. (POWER SUPPLY NOT INCLUDED) $25 shipped to US/CAN.
