I purchased this laser from nova lasers on March 19th, 2008 and unfortunately I have to sell it to pay for my textbooks for my summer courses. It is in perfect condition, and there are no problems with it. The casing is has no scratches. The laser was measured from nova and it has a average of 146.9 mW and peak of 150.5 mW. I have never dropped this laser, and I have always kept it in the box casing that it came with. I will also include a wicked laser goggles that comes with a case. I believe it is still in warranty but I'm not sure if it is still valid since I am selling it. I will also include 2 energizer lithium e2 batteries.
