Small TECs

Anyone know where to buy small TEC modules? I'm looking for something about 10x10mm or smaller. Are such sizes even available?

They are a little bit bigger than what you are looking for but maybe email him to ask if he has other sizes???

These get real cold when hooked up to a 9 volt battery

Yep...I think it is rated for 5-15 volts of power
