Never spank your Bologna/Bolonie, you'll go blind! I have trouble sleeping, ever since TJ sent me that "white powder" with my 6mw PHR burner. Instructions said sniff white powder and burn stuff with the pointer. Killed a few gnats but couldn't sleep for 2 days. J/K(Joke for the acronym impaired)

The white powder was to stun the gnats so they would stay still long enough to burn with a 6mW beam. You read the instructions wrong.

THC is not water soluble..

I know this. However, it is fat soluable and milk ( which a lot of people put in tea ) happens to contain fat. Even then, it'll work in warm water ... just not as well as with tea + milk, and the fact that tea is warm helps speed up the reaction of THC dissolving in fat. It'll work well in warm milk too, or you can make canna butter/oil ( butter + oil = fats ) and spread it on your toast or cook other things with it!

For medicinal purposes ingesting the drug is probably the best way to take it, infact in india it has been used for a long time in teas ( bhang ) as a medicine.
