Holiday seasons. the staff in skylaser may fight for some days to rest too. i just guess

CNI is a optics research center in north China. and it is a company too. its portabe laser are mainy sold overseas.

Factory makes X amount of units, and they are 'stocked'
When they are ordered, units are picked up from the warhouse and shipped.
