Should I be concerned?

2 months ago I was hit with a 3in1 (laser, blue and white light) 3R red pocket laser that was using 3 coin cell batteries (few meters away, blink reflex, got hit few times in 1-2 weeks). Two days after white flashlight from it also hit me. I believe that was the day I got vitreous eye floaters. I still have them (after two months) on both eyes without any other symptoms of retinal detachment as a teenager. The floaters don't incerase in number, there is a single floater that looks like a blood cell in each eye and some "threadlike strands" in both of the eyes. Should I be concerned?

The picture shows a laser similar to that one
