Shipping lasers

How would one ship a laser from say Ohio to California? Would there still be a risk? Or would I be fine?

I doubt it domestic mail doesn't do custom stuff only overseas mail i wouldn't worry about it just don't obviously call it a laser, just torch ..

Yeah ..i don't even think you need to call it anything if shipped
inside the states but if you do just torch or flashlight usually if sending by FedEx or other courier they will want to know, but standard mail a laser in a small parcel probably wouldn't need it named

Within the US just put it in a box with the appropriate packing materials and ship it via whatever method you want. Shipping one outside the US is a whole 'nother can of worms though.

Within the US, they dont even ask whats inside. Package it VERY securely though since shipping providers dont give two shats about your package and tend to throw it around

I'm into reptiles and so I understand the secure packing. People loose tarantulas somewhat frequently from being thrown around.
