Hello everyone. I just got my 2nd laser diode from bu-laser company. this is the 505nm laser diode. I tested and it has the neutral case. So I can confirm that laser is GH05035A2G.

I compare the host of the fat beam laser with my 505nm inside.
I actually use the host and driver of 405nm fat beam laser (I would do the laser review but don't know when....).

I smoothly press the diode into the sub-module.

This is what the front looks like. the dot size about 1.6 CM

The upper dot is from my 515nm T-DRAGON build.
The bottom one from the FAT BEAM 505nm laser.

I measured the wavelengths of many of the first 505nm Sharp diodes that we got here from that supplier. I didn't see any of the SB147EF91 diodes, but I saw the SB147EC91 and SB147EB91, which are likely the same diode and they were all higher in wavelength than 505nm. Of the 15 diodes I have seen, these were 507.9nm to 510nm. These were all case neutral too.

I though this model might be the laser version. However, I can perform the wavelength measuring using the blank CD-rom as Diffraction grating.
