Looks like u didnt kill it after all...

as I said, dont rush, dont jump to conclusions.

I thought an LD was dead, took it out, killing it on the way, then found out it was NOT dead after all, problem with my pot...

DONT DO NOT DONT NEVER EVER jump to conclusions of rush. learn from my stupidity and mistakes

I wish mine was like that, I was shining it off a mirror onto the wall and i wondered what would happen if it shined it back onto its self, like reflect it back onto the diode, i got a nice dull red glow AHH I shoulda known that was bad...

I was very cautious because these LDs are extremely expensive to me being in a poor country and being so far away from the states (shipping costs kills too), hence I bought only 1 unit from SenKat lol

I was so cautious that prior to every step I shorted the output capacitor to discharge anything that would be left in it hahaha.
