Searching 635-640nm 2W laser module

Searching a laser module wich can put out more then 1.8W of 635-640nm.
Max size can be 11cm length, and 14cm width. If the width is longer then 5cm, then the beam has to exit the module at 2-3cm from the side.
Max height can be 11cm, and the driver side would ofcource need to be smaller then the module.
Needs to be analogue modulated.
Divergence may not be more then 2 mrad, and beam size not more then 4mm. If its 5mm beam i need more then 2,2w power.

Budget is ~1000 dollar.

Many times i have..but not in that price/size.
Its a module i look for, not a pointer

but il do it again on other terms...
but also looking for maybe offers or ready units
