SDL-2282-P1 3W 805nm - Connection info?

Hi Gang,
I have a Spectra Diode Labs laser diode, SDL-2282-P1. The box states it emits 805nm and upon doing some research on the internet, have found out that it has an output power of 3 Watts. Another label on the box says it is a GaAlAs diode. That's about as much information I've been able to find on this thing.
Does anyone have any more information on this laser? I'd like to put it up on ebay but would like to get as much information on it as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, any ideas what would be a reasonable opening bid?
I'd also be interested in a trade on here if someone would like to make an offer.
This laser was part of a lot of laser equipment I purchased from and optics lab. I was told that it was surplus to needs and that it is operational hence being mounted in its original box and placed in a static proof bag. However I don't have any drivers to test this type of diode.

Those types of packages usually have an internal TEC and thermistor for temperature stabilization.

The diode probably isn't too useful at 805nm but I would probably start the auction at $50 if you can verify that it works.

I don't have anything to trade at the moment : \

Can someone please advise the correct way to connect this diode for testing? Voltage, current? I have a lab power supply with adjustable current. The connections on the diode are;
TEC (-)
CASE
LASER (A)
THERM (2)
THERM (1)
LASER (C)
MPD (A)
MPD (C)
TEC (+)

Many thanks!
