Well, if you're going crazy, then you're in
good company. :tinfoil: Is this your first
405nm? It could be something with your
eyes. Have you tried defocusing it to a
large spot? 405nm can play havoc with some
peoples' vision.

Yes I have and it all looks purty normal. It has a line through the top third of the unfocused spot but not a cross.
Its weird when I look at the focused spot I am just about sure its made up of 4 dots but its bright enough that I'm not certain. Yea it kinda F'ks with my eyes and head I think. Thanks LS.

Yeah, I have seen that line before. Some
diodes have it for whatever reason.
