Just because the postal worker tells you that the number on the customs form is "tracking" and is "proof of mailing" doesn't mean it is true. It is complete nonsense. As with Lase, we found out the hard way.
ONLY REGISTERED AND GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL SERVICES ARE TRACKED AND PROOF OF MAILING (when sending internationally).
