Science Fair Project?

Hi guys,
I'm back! I've been researching a while for ideas for a science fair project i need to make, and found that you can measure the speed of light in gelatin through a laser, measure photon interference through a laser aimed at some slits, and construct a laser weigher. Is there any more ideas I've overlooked? Thanks guys!:thanks:

Oh! I hope the science fair hasn't passed yet. With a bit of capital, you can measure the change in wavelength and power of different laser diodes due to cooling. This guy did that with a couple of laser diodes: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVSHXNNBitaPd5lYz48--yg
