I recently purchased to 100me green laser 301s from sanwu. When they finally arrived, i was thrilled:yh: However, after putting some 18650's in them(Yes they are fake, but still have plenty of power in them), i was disappointed that they seem to output around 50mw:yabbem: I do not know if it is the laser, batteries, or they sent the 5omw version accidently. Maybe it was metered at 100mw with ir? Please chime in on this issue.

it's a battery issue. what battery are you using? crappy fire?

Sanwu sell overspec lasers only....from people experiences.

Hi glr, have checked that laser with a LPM? It's really the only way to know for sure.
Does Sanwu guarantee the 301's output, many times it's a crapshoot with the output on those 301's and 303's.

I just received some batteries from larry, and i charged them up. With those batteries, the output is exactly the same as before. one is even substantially weaker than the other:( After chatting with podo, he admits these laser output in the 70-80mw range, not 100. He is sending me a replacement for the dimmer one:yh:

There you go--Podo wants happy customers, is honest and has integrity.

Ditto--the only real way to know, is to check it with and a laser power meter.

PS the web site does say < 100 but what most have been receiving is overspec.
