I'm not sure how it happened, but when I was using my laser today I noticed something strange with the beam. Upon inspection, I noticed that it appears the lens is cracked. I went to Sanwu's website, and I could not find any replacement parts. It wasn't clear to me whether or not the warranty would cover this as I am not sure how the damage happened. I really just want my laser to be back to operational. Thanks for all the help. I will post pictures of it if it would be helpful.

Please make a Welcome post telling something about yourself in the Welcome sub-forum and indicate your location in you profile if you expect any real help or response on LPF.

How old are you?

OK some common sense advice in case this is not a joke post and you actually can not figure out such a simple thing for whatever reasons.
Apparently you did not really look for lenses on the Sanwu web site.
They are all for sale here: https://www.sanwulasers.org/product/lenses
PS the lenses are also listed at the bottom of the Spiker page,
You will also find the lenses offered at the bottom of page on every model laser Sanwu makes the web site--
So, either you did not look at the site, your eyes were closed, you were not looking at the screen with the Sanwu pages, or this has to be an "I am completely dysfunctional and need an LPF babysitter, help me" joke post.
An 8 years old could have found the lenses is several places on the Sanwu site in 10 seconds or less.

Does LPF look like LPF is the Sanwu warranty Dept.? lol
Email Sanwu and tell them what happened and ask if it is covered under the warranty or if you need to buy a lens and replace it.
If you can't change the lens yourself and want Sanwu to do it I am sure you can send it to them for repair--that is another choice

Sorry, I didn't mean to ruffle any feathers. I'm not super well acquainted with the entire laser community, and I knew I saw someone from sanwu lasers was active in these threads. I did find the lenses about which you talked; however, I am not of I can simply buy the lens or if I would need to buy the entire focusing piece once more.

As for my age, I am a fully functional adult, and I do not believe that is an appropriate question.

Thank you for your help, and your willingness to deal with my ignorance. I know it is not an excuse.
