Sanwu pocket 445nm laser 500mw with G7 lens review

I ordered the same thing from Podo, just in the 405 wavelength instead.

Also I got the G2 instead of G7 lens. What will the main difference between the two be, just beam divergence?

The nature of 405 nm just burns better. The dot is somewhat oval. But watch the duty on this diode. They are very sensitive. I popped a few.

I own this same laser and like the OP couldn't be happier with my purchase and the seller. Sanwu's lasers are of the highest quality and the next laser I am ordering is the 1W 520nm Silver series.

405 it will be ok.

You know I didn't notice how awesome that G7 lens holder was before, that is a nice set up, just look at how fat that beam is, seriously I want some even wider with a longer FL, but that G7 is even wider than the ones I bought.

That will let the user get a better focal point at a longer distance, and that beam looks good.
