I just received my laser today. It came after Two nail biting weeks of anticipation. I told Pedo that the roads in the USA are rough and it will travel across the country by truck before it reaches me. They packed it seven ways to Sunday. It has a beautiful straight host a foot long all assembled. I loaded up the 18650s just like he described to do...case -. But All I got was a very weak beam. I pmed him and am waiting on response. I'll tack on the photos when I resize

That's the driver protection. I'm surprise he hasn't told you, you have to quickly half press the clicky 5 times in three seconds to disable this safety feature.

That's why I wrote him. Most of my lasers are asian built with a key lock out. He wrote back and explained. That thing is a CANNON! So much laser comes out it has a recoil!!! I'll do photos tomorrow

No I got those from laserpenshop. They just buy and resell lasers. They don't work on them at all. I sent back those lasers to be repaired but get lost and sent back to me. I been getting all my lasers from them for years. However Jessica, the site operator, is getting out of lasers for the most part. I went with Sanwu because of his good reputation here. I have yet to make a video of this beast. My uploaded pictures don't do this justice.

yeah those cheapo glasses most likely will not protect @ that power

They work but I will soon get better ones as my lasers get bigger. I fired the laser through them and dot barely appeared. I have more than one pair. Lol
Anyway Sanwu sent those along with the laser so I have faith in him sending appropriate ppe. Personal protection equipment

I saw you might encounter a hard time switching modes in the video . If you gonna switch modes by restarting the laser, make sure you wait 2~3 second before turning it on again.

For half-press method, press and hold the tailcap as "half-state" for about one second.

These tricks will work 90% of the time.
