SenKat doesn't sell open cans, he sells closed can 16x diodes which will output from 150 - 190mW when driven at 250mA. (the good ones)
Your 20x is good, like you said, it'll output 250mW with an acrylic and about 300mW with glass when driven at 420mA.

Oh alright. I believe i mistook the 250mw of the 20x for the 250mA of senkat ones.
