safe power of 445nm with goggles?

I'm building my first 445nm laser and I've got these goggles: Laser Glasses - UV to Green Lasers Protection 190-548nm :: Laser Safety :: Dragon Lasers
and the question: what is the safe power of 445nm laser with these goggles? is 1000mA/1W safe?

They are OD - 4 at 445nm.

Here is an interesting tool:
RadiantShades for Blue and Green Lasers

The OD Calculator says you need an OD of 2.3 to turn 1000mw into 5mw
