this is a "good" one of the group buy its got no major faults and the problematic interlock is disabled with a tin plate under the battery plate on the end piece (can be re-enabled in a few seconds with a screwdriver)
the only problem is that if you focus it to the hilt it goes past the "perfect" point and diverges again just set the lock ring at that point and your sorted but thats a common thing with a diy anyway
