There is no "best". Each laser has its positive and negatives so it is really based on what you perfer and want. I think I would gof or the RPL personally but to each their own.

I wanted to say PPL Vs Aries 150 im sorry.
when the divergence is little is best or worse?
the price is best in optotronics but the quality I dont know
I like the two but I dont know what to buy.

Personally, I would go with the Aries despite the safety features and price. I think the Aries looks better (blue button, compared to red and the heat sink is smaller) plus, the Aries uses C batteries... you can buy them anywhere and they even have rechargeable types. I also think the Aries has an indefinite duty cycle (100%) and comes with a great looking aluminum case. Both lasers seem to be of excellent quality and it really depends on what you want. It's all opinion.
