RGBV single mode pens set for demonstration purposes

Hi,

I'm sorry for quite newbish question but I have no time for comprehensive searching of the laser vendors offer last days due to much work.

I have to buy some laser wavelengths for demonstration purposes of laser technology progress. I have beautiful and powerful green >500mW laser (thx DJNY) but I need another wavelenths also. I don't want super powerful 445nm laser burner or 635nm flashlight but a nice looking set of single mode pens of 635nm red, 450nm blue and 405nm violet all at very good power/$ ratio. Please don't recommend me anything in 5mW range becouse they should be a lasers not a dots on the wall and I'm already tall and I know what to do with them Which laser pens can you recommend me?

I recommend:
Red
Blue or here (single mode)
Violet
Green
Also, I would recommend showing a laser with the different diffraction caps or even showing the disco laser (with caps)*.
I know you said you were in a hurry, but don't forget that these take 1-3 weeks to get to you from China.

*Note: I can loan you my 35mW disco laser (with 5 star-caps) if you need.
