Review: Two DX 50 mW greenies with pics including beam shots :D

i think both ledshope or newwish laser from DX are good lasers. one because has good rewiews..the other because is a newwish brand new laser

..so.. if i want a good 50mw pen unit.. it is the same thing go with dealextreme or ledshoppe ? ? ledshoppe however seems to have the higher % of overpowered green laser. but .. i heard that it has large beam diameter but low divergence. is it true?

Its true, the beam from the ledshoppe pointers is much 'fatter' than that from the dx ones.

At larger distances the difference dissapears quickly, and i think the ledshoppe one might actually do a bit better in the far field (divergence/beam diameter tradeoff).

Not sure, but I'll try and get some measurements on my pen, and see if I can borrow back the focusable 50 for the same.

I've also gone and bought a Laserbee LPM, so should be able to post some output measurements when that arrives in a couple of weeks hopefully.
