Got a reply back from them. They just want a quick video of me showing that it works and then I can send it to them for repair/replacement

Ok weird, but why need video, if you say the laser is not working and batteries are ok why they need video, not like you lie about this.
 
Dunno. I can't really complain. Just a 30 second video and they said I can return it.
 
Yea its under warranty hope you get a quick exchange must feel sad it broke down like that.
