Holy crap. more than 5x overspec peak?? Man... The average peak of my 473nm handheld hits that (highest just 23mW above yours... mine's rated 80mW)
Makes me want to buy from DL... maybe my first yellow?
As for stability, it's pretty normal. Mine hangs around 90-110mW for at most a minute, then drops down and stays stable around 10mW. These things dont have duty cycles like 445's, but their color makes up for that easily.
