sorry for posting this but:
instead of 47uf 35v cap can i use a 25v one?
can i use a 200 ohm pot instead of a 100 ohm pot?
will all this effect how i have to make the driver?
i am making this( hope pic works)

The 25V cap should be fine but your pot change will affect functionality. There is plenty of info on this driver with formulae to calculate output so spend a little time searching. Depending on the type of pot you have, the main thing that will change will be the accuracy of your setting as you are broadening the range of possible current settings, therefore reducing the the scale of accuracy. If, for instance, you have all your other components set so the pot is at minimum resistance, (for maximum output), and your minimum output is at 100ohms then you will only be using half the pot as turning it further will only turn the LD, 'off', further, (if that makes sense!).

Hope that helps.

Here's a example of how using a different Pot. will effect your driver. The driver will still work, but adjusting it precisely will be tricky.
