rectangular beam

Gents, I wonder if somebody would advice me.
I need in my application rectangular laser beam shape.
How to achieve that? What makes rectangular one, lens or laser diode type?

445 is close to rectangular. slightly rounded short sides

Maybe cut something so it has a hole in rectangular shape? That's the quickest way I can think of.. It should not be something that can easily burn if what you are using is a high powered laser.

A shaped aperature will only work if its placed relatively far from the laser.
