i wonder if you can recommen me some??
there is a lot on ebay and ali, but i doubt those small modules can be run for prolonged time without shifting, hopping, be stable basicaly.

are there som good modules, or everything is just the matter of cooling??

It is showing a pot screw on this 30mW unit.
If it comes with one who knows. Lower the power and I would think with cooling it might be stable.
They are cheap so worth a try on a couple??

I have one of these using a greater than 1 watt pump diode. It can do greater than 240 mW of outrput power.
