I just recieved an Aixiz module that I plan on using to make my DIY'er

it says 3.2vdc supply would work, and since a computer powersupply has a 3.3vdc output I plan on using that to try it out, but I have one question:

Would the current be too strong? Or would anything stop it from working?

Thanks

The aixiz module has a power control board and will run OK with 3.3 volts.

3.300357 volts might be pushing it :D ;)

well according to speedfan its 3.38 volts... :o

oh well, I don't plan on using the diode for anything so I'll give it a go. :)

Cheers!

If it's the Aixiz module with a small circuit board, I've run it at 5 volts no problem. I believe 3.2 is minimum but I wouldn't go above 5.

EEE!

haha, this is cool.

Now I need to make a driver and plug this bitch in!

Ive run it at 12V from a PC PSU. No probs - only heat so short duty cycle

I actually have it taped to the top of 2 D-cell batts.

so 3v works too. ;)
