You might want to protect your spring from nicks and stuff by covering the springs - you can search this on poweriserpages for more info

Also unless you want to pay for new hoofs in a couple weeks i strongly suggest putting tyre socks onto your hoofs, these are made from old bicycle tyres and a jubilee clip.

ill definetily sign up for the forum. about the spring im not sure if its just the skyrunners or there are other models but mine are covered in rather thick rubber which has taken alot of dents but it does protect the spring rather well. Might get some tape to protect the protector though! ;D

Yeah, all stilts have a shrink wrapped rubber cover on the springs but some are thicker than others, on my 7leagueboots the covering is about 5mm thick compared to the 1-2mm on my old stilts, so it really depends how well the covering is working.

ya ill definetly invest in some tyre socks i noticed about half a centimetre has already worn of the bottom of mine. :'( some tape for the spring sounds like a good idea too. ;D
