I hate to bust your bubble, but you won't sell those, at least not here. Senkat_Stonetek sells diodes pre-installed in Aixiz modules for $27, with free shipping. Plus his diodes output 250mW<.

do you have spec sheets or power tests for the diodes?

are they actually rated at 200mW CW or is that just what you've been able to push them to?

Aixiz is an alright company with okay products, though no one here would ever pay their prices and I'm willing to bet those aren't really rated at 200mW. Aixiz gets their lasers from SailLaser, who uses mitsubishi diodes for their reds.. and as far as I've been able to find, mitsubishi does not actually make 200mW diodes.

If they are in fact, 200mW CW diodes, that could be a good deal if they can be pushed past 300mW, but otherwise you're going to have difficulty selling those here.
