If it where me, I wouldn't get either of them. I think that keys on a 50mW are ridiculous. And as cool as it sounds, it is really inconvenient.
If I had to choose, I'd choose the first one. For two reasons, the focusing feature can lock into place so it doesn't self un-focus. And the duty cycle is 180 seconds as opposed to 120. Also, I think it looks cooler.
