Rayfoss 150mw pen style laser

Is the rayfoss 150mW pen style laser a good deal? I want a pen style laser because they are super compact and I like that in a laser. This is the link www.rayfoss.com do these have mode hopping issues and what not? I just want to know before I shell out the money for this. Thanks!

all 532nm lasers are temp sensitive.. if u want a stable laser buy a 520 which is diode and more stable in cold.
