Question about Lazerer.

I haven't looked at all those models, but the one I ordered (LZCS 100mw violet) clearly shows a key slot in the back.

Here is a pic of the rear of the LZMG405-400.... the only one they sell
at this time in 405nm..

You didn't even read the posts on your own Thread....

Read the above posts and I'm sure you can answer your
own question...

BTW you can even use Google Search to find out what is
required to make a Laser CDRH compliant...

From what i've read none of lazerer's lasers would be CDRH complaint then?

There you go.... A Key switch alone will not make a Laser
CDRH Compliant... nor does Lazerer claim that they are...

So, i guess what happens if customs takes the package? Do criminal charges follow?
 
is sending max an email enough to get him to cancel my order? i sent 2 of them. or should i open a dispute to ensure he doesn't ship the laser?

Why don't you calm down and relax a bit and give Max a chance....

We have already told you that Max is away on Holidays and should
be back in a few days...

You have 45 days to open a Dispute..

I know he's away. I just wanted to make sure that he would get the email before sending it. I just wanted to make sure i did everything possible to make sure it didn't ship is all. I'm not in a hurry just wanna make sure that when he gets back i've done everything i can to alert him. I'm not trying to be rude or anything just wanted to get everything in order.

You only placed your order a couple of days ago didn't you? Why didn't you research the customs issues BEFORE placing the order? For crying out loud man,,,grow a set.
How you could even think of opening a dispute so soon is beyond me - especially when its you at fault.
I've been waiting since Jan 11th, have I got to wait longer for my orders to be processed now because Max will be having his time wasted when he's back? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!


...not trying to be rude either,,,but believe me it 'aint easy sometimes.:na:
