Pulled apart Blu-ray Writer - Which one?

I am after some assistance if someone is kind enough to help me out.

I have pulled apart a blu-ray drive and have three laser diodes. I would like to know which one is the blu-ray writing one?

1) has no number
2) has J967FF2
3) has SI766IDB2

I have an inkling that diode 2 is the one, but don't really know.

Pictures would be the most helpful.

If one of them is in the standard 'can' housing, that'll be the one you want.

As Trevor said, pictures can help a lot when trying to help someone, try posting some

It's probably the diode in the closed can, ususally the red and IR will have an open can with the laser die open to the air.
