I took a lot of pics, sorry for Ipod Touch photo poor quality !

Laser, goggles, diffraction caps, batteries ...

Now Beamshots !!

With a diffraction cap :

Fog inside, Night outside !

Multi-beams with FOG & diffraction cap

Last beamshot

:D Hope you like it !

In my opinion this is a very good choice !

The host design is awesome, and the beam is very bright.

This is a waterproof laser !

I used to have a lot of problems with o-like, this laser broke two times.
The second time I had to pay 105$ to repair it because I was not in warranty anymore !

But I recommend this laser !

I still have a problem : the lens get damaged quickly, so if you have any advices to clean it ...
I bought something like that :
Large Air Blower Duster - Free Shipping - DealExtreme
But there is still "stippling/bursts" around the dot (not much) !
Any advices ?

Just tell me if you need more pics or informations !

THANKS

Thanks for the review. The laser is looking good and it has also the possibility to put on diffraction caps. Did you happen to measure the output ?

You could probably try cleaning the lens with a Q-tip dipped in lens cleaner, like the stuff used to clean glasses n' such.

Thx Blord !
I would like to but I can't. I have no tools to measure the output.

Just be very careful inserting batteries. Lazeerer is now attempting to repair mine... I really wish they would just put some thermal padding around the driver and spring.

you mean I have to "strictly" follow the duty cycle ?
The origin of the damage is the heat inside it or the "dirt (dust)" on the lens ?

//first time I had to send back the laser was because of the spring (broken when I put battery inside)

No, I mean same as your first time, the damn spring twisted. Problem is myself, I could't get in there.

Lazeerer is trying to take mine apart, but apparently this host is not really mean to be taken apart.

When it did work though, mine metered at up to 630mW, but extremely unstable, generally able to run at ~500mW for 2-3 minutes though a problem though.
