How do you make those things at the top?

I hacked your PC and gained use of your webcam 24/over 9000, that way I used a mirror on your room to see what WP you had and I simply stole it

The things at the top are buttons I use with Stardock: Objectdock. I took the original design from somebody @ deviantart and completely redesigned them to fit my needs
