possible to clean laser lens?

Hi, so I just got a new laser, my first other than those cheap made in china red ones. So I had it on my table in my room and I come into it and see my little brother blowing into the end of it. And now there are little spec kinda things all around the actual point, it's irritating because it's brand new and I get this. my question is is there a way to fix this? Thanks

some microfiber on a q-tip should do the job, maybe moisten it a bit. thats what I do for my high powered red and green lasers ;D also my camera lens cleaner does great too. you could also try some compressed air if theres dust

okay cool thanks. So I can't post links on here but if you search I have that black dimple green laser pointer one. I cant quite get to the lens though, I tried the compressed air but that only made it worse. Is there a way to take the silver tip off or should I just buy a new one. Thanks.
