I like the viper, just about the only pen host I like.

well this poll is really on fire 
I agree that the Hulk Ultra (CNI PGL-III-C) has much better heatsink (just look at those fins!) but I must say I do prefer the Spartan, and it is also a lot smaller and can remotely fit in one's pocket, which is totally out of the questions with the former. As far as pen hosts go, I'm not too big a fan, but I must say I'd choose the GLP-CR2 (DL Aurora) over the GLP-AAA (DL Viper) simply because of battery stability.
